very professional and he was easy to deal with, He told us to take our
time looking at the van and he left us to it. There was no pressure and
he even put trade plates on so we could go for a test drive on our own.

Thank you Coleford Leisure We had looked for months trying to find a
small motorhome to replace our stolen one. Luckily Coleford Leisure came
up on our internet search. A phone call confirmed there was one of
suitable size in stock. On arrival we were left to look round (without a
sales rep in tow). Rikki came to give us answers to any queries and we
had ourselves a new van. We had a problem with a wing mirror which would
not be apparent on a service. When we contacted them they arranged to
replace it without a quibble. The service and friendliness of engineers
and sales was first class. Would definitely return in the future.

There was certainly no pressurised selling just honest answers to our questions and if he didn’t no the answer then he would find out and always phone us back not once were we left in lurch. What a stunning introduction to the world of Motorhoming ! We thought we know a little about the great outdoors having used a tent for a few years, but the Motorhoming world is a whole new voyage of discovery! We decided, after realising that we might not be able to use our tent for a while after lockdown eases because of the ‘facilities’ issues (& we’re not getting any younger so the effort and time taken to pack up the SUV was becoming a pain), to take the plunge now and invest in a reasonable MH, so we could still go away with our cockerpoo and enjoy the UK. We really could have not picked a better place to start our journey than with Rikki at Coleford Leisure. From the very first interaction with him, the whole process was very reassuring, calmly explained and quality. The end result of this is that we left, a couple of weeks after seeing ‘Bessie’ (Rikki left us to explore her on our own for a good hour before we asked him some questions we had) and putting down a deposit, being the proud owners of our new holiday home and we are really pleased we had the good fortune to find him/them. I have bought a large number of vehicles over the years and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more enjoyable experience than this. Even when we managed to forget to take the levelling chocks Rikki had kept for us, he happily posted them to us and then, today, a sheaf of manuals for things like the fridge, water pump, etc., arrived (unprompted) from Rikki as we had also forgotten those when we left in Bessie. I know they are probably downloadable from the ‘net, but to receive them in the post was such an unexpected surprise and gives you an idea of the level of service and regard clients are held in by the folks at Coleford Leisure. While I think of it, a shout should also go to Steve, who spent almost 45 minutes patiently walking us through various aspects of the MH and it’s kit, while we asked him daft (to him likely but a whole new world to us) questions without any hint of exasperation or ‘doh’ type response. All in all, it’s very clear why they’ve been around so long and clearly so successfully, cheers guys and we know where we’ll be going when the time comes to replace Bessie (which will be a number of years down the road but will eventually happen).

Excellent from start to finish. We got a decent part ex for our old hymer and the new bailey 625 autograph was ready and prepped in no time. Good points were the no quibble refund of a minor warranty issue (tracking) and the extra help we had at handover with them giving an extra gas bottle. Rikki was very helpful at all times. ???

We are on holiday in the area in our motorhome and developed a leak through the main skylight during some very heavy rain overnight Phoned Coleford Leisure in the morning and asked if they could have help. Spoke to Ricky who said unfortunately shortage of staff that day but to bring it in first thing tomorrow and we'll take a look. Left it with them and went off for a cycle ride. On return roof skylight old sealant removed, cleaned and resealed. All in all a very good experience - friendly helpful staff with a can do attitude. Thanks guys.
